Superintendent

With over 900 employees Blythe Development self‑performs 80% of site groundwork, giving us greater control than competitors. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and lead grading crew(s). Coordinate construction work according to priorities and plans. Produce schedules and monitor attendance and production of crew and subcontractors. Schedule material quantities and deliveries; determine trucking needs and schedule. Ensure all safety precautions and quality standards are met. Supervise heavy equipment usage and monitor costs; keep the project within budget. Prepare progress reports for project management. Maintain necessary documentation, including field permissions and licenses. Demonstrate flexibility with schedule, location, and shift changes. Qualifications Experience operating a motor grader and other relevant heavy equipment. 10+ years of commercial and/or residential grading experience. 5+ years of supervisory experience.
