What’s in It for You A leadership role where you’re empowered to make decisions A growth-focused company with 90+ locations and expanding A people-first culture that values your input Flexible full-time scheduling Comprehensive training and support Free meals, team incentives, and more What You’ll Do Help lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager Supervise, coach, and motivate team members Maintain a positive work environment and strong guest service Work kitchen and service stations as needed Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members Monitor P&L reports and help manage labor/food costs Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food handling standards What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience A people leader who thrives in fast-paced environments Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Experience reviewing P&L statements (preferred) Tech-friendly (Google Suite experience a plus) A passion for real food and making a real impact Must be at least 21 years old and able to get a Food Manager's certification after hire Job Type + Environment Full-time leadership role Hands-on work in a fast-casual kitchen environment Involves lifting up to 30 lbs, standing, cooking, and bending Weekday, weekend, and evening shifts may be required Taziki’s Café is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tazikis Memphis LLC
