Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness Lead, motivate, and develop staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences Manage staffing schedules, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase patronage Maintain inventory levels and oversee ordering and supplier relationships Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement Review timecards, approve punches, monitor overtime, missed meals, attendance, and payroll accuracy. Monitor daily/weekly labor costs, productivity, and staffing levels against forecast and budget.
