As a Club Signia Ambassador , you’re not just ensuring seamless operation of Club Signia – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day: Delight our VIP guests: Welcome guests upon arrival and provide support throughout their stay, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints to ensure an exceptional experience Prepare the lounge for service: Set up and restock Club Signia with everything needed for service, including supplies, linens, and serviceware Maintain a clean and inviting space: Ensure cleanliness of Club Signia kitchen, bar area, and restrooms during your shift Support food and beverage service: Set up and transport food and beverage items for lounge service, ensuring proper arrangement and presentation; collect used serviceware, operate the dishwasher, and dry and store clean items in their proper locations Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality .
