Operations Lead

Position: Operations Lead Location: Fresno, CA Pay: $70k to 85k/year + Commission Experience: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience working in a KPI driven environment Type: Full‑time Schedule: Thursday - Monday, 10:00am to 7:00pm Array Corporation is seeking an Operations Lead to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Oversee daily onsite operations and support employee performance at the client location Assist with team scheduling, attendance tracking, and coverage planning Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of onsite team members Review operational data and reports to identify trends and improve efficiency Position Requirements Valid driver’s license and clean driving record At least 2 years of leadership or management experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment Experience working in a warehouse or rental car environment is a plus Demonstrated leadership capability with accountability for team performance Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail Action‑oriented mindset with the ability to follow company policies and procedures Professional communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information Ability to adapt quickly, learn internal systems, and work collaboratively on‑site Array Corporation is the leading technology‑enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
