What You Bring: Experience in a manufacturing or production environment A true "player-coach" mindset--comfortable teaching, leading, and doing Strong communication skills and the ability to train diverse teams Technical proficiency in validating and auditing Job Instructions Experience in training within industrial or manufacturing settings Strong organizational and planning skills Comfort working directly on the production floor Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
