Responsibilities: Drive the conceptualization and execution of seasonal fashion campaigns, producing end-to-end omnichannel solutions that elevate brand equity and drive consumer engagement. Direct full-scale photo and video productions, providing creative leadership across casting, location scouting, and post-production to ensure elevated aesthetic standards. Synthesize market intelligence and competitive cultural trends into actionable creative strategies, ensuring forward-thinking brand positioning across every consumer touchpoint. Forge cross-functional partnerships with marketing, editorial, and digital teams, serving as a consultative partner to deliver cohesive visual assets that achieve key business metrics. Qualifications: 4-6+ years of progressive art direction experience, specifically within the fashion retail or luxury lifestyle sectors. Deep proficiency in industry-standard creative tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern collaborative platforms. Proven track record of developing high-impact visual storytelling campaigns, supported by a dynamic multi-channel creative portfolio. Strong collaborative leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to articulate strategic design choices and adapt within dynamic enterprise environments.
