Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice

Clearwater Medical Clinic 1522 17th St. Lewiston, ID 83501, USA TriState Health is seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner for our busy family medicine clinic. This position will work either 4 days or 4 1/2 days, depending on schedule, and participates in on‑call coverage. Compensation Range: $117,282 - $152,897 annually. We are seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner to join this fast paced clinic that's committed to providing the best possible care to their patients, using the most up‑to‑date information and state‑of‑the‑art techniques. Providers must have the ability to work with a broad patient demographic. Our ideal candidate will bring a positive and caring attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care and clinical experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Orthopedic clinic. Conduct physical examinations and assess patients' medical history. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work and imaging studies. Prescribe medications and other treatments. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Utilize evidence‑based practice guidelines to provide high‑quality care. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records. Participate in on‑call (phone) rotation. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of an accredited Program. Active Washington and Idaho State Licenses.
