Mechanical Integrity Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mechanical Integrity Engineer specialized in piping and pressure vessel integrity, with a focus on risk-based inspection and integrity management programs. The Integrity Engineer is responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and integrity of fixed equipment and structures. This role involves conducting inspections, assessments, and analyses to identify potential risks and failures. The Integrity Engineer will develop and implement maintenance and inspection programs, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with company practices, industry standards and regulations. What You Will Do: Provide technical expertise on equipment degradation mechanisms, inspection, maintenance, and risk integrity management for onshore oil and gas facilities

• Develop, implement, and sustain Risk-Based Integrity Management programs
• Develop and implement inspection strategies using Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) methods to assess pressure vessels and piping for wall loss, crack detection, and weld qualit

yCreate and maintain fleet equipment strategies, inspection procedures, and identify tools and contractors for inspections .Ensure compliance with industry codes and regulations, including NBIC, ASME and API standards (such as API 510, API 570, API 579, API 580, API 581, API 12, API 620, API 650, amongst others )Review post-inspections results, conduct and evaluate fitness for service assessments, and develop remediation measures

• Steward inspection data workflows, data analytics and maintenance interval updates
• Communicate effectively with staff and third-party contractor
