Manager, Monitoring & Site Management (US)

Alimentiv seeks a manager to oversee clinical monitoring operations in the Raleigh-Durham area. The role involves managing monitoring teams, developing policies and processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with sponsors and researchers throughout clinical projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the clinical monitoring unit and associated teams
- Develop and implement policies, processes, and quality standards for monitoring activities
- Monitor site performance and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Plan staffing resources and manage team and contractor performance
- Represent monitoring and clinical teams with project sponsors and researchers
Requirements
- Experience managing clinical operations or monitoring teams
- Knowledge of clinical trial regulations and industry compliance standards
- Proficiency in policy development and process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to manage staff performance and third-party vendors
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement
