Imagine Development is looking for a Residential Estimator & Project Coordinator to support our growing team by helping projects move smoothly from preconstruction through execution. As Residential Estimator & Project Coordinator, you'll support both preconstruction and active projects while working closely with ownership, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

Your responsibilities include:

• Prepare detailed estimates, quantity takeoffs, and preliminary project budgets
• Review construction plans and specifications to ensure complete project scope
• Support project scheduling, two-week look-ahead planning, and documentation
• Coordinate change orders, procurement activities, and project updates
• Maintain accurate Buildertrend project information and workflows
• Communicate with office staff, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Help improve project organization, operational processes, and team accountability
• Participate in planning meetings and assist with day-to-day project coordination

• 3+ years of experience in residential estimating, project coordination, or construction operations
• Experience with custom residential construction preferred
• Strong Buildertrend experience is required
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a high level of accountability
• Currently living on the Big Island or willing to relocate
