Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Acute Care case management experience/discharge planning experience Interqual/Milliman experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Familiarity with California market List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Previous HCA case management experience Case Manager responsible for arranging all post-acute needs for patients Best personality Fit: Easy going, positive attitude, hard worker REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: RN license Floating Area(s): May be floated to different inpatient units throughout the hospital but scope of work remains the same
