Client Account Representative

Client Account Representative Client Account Representative opportunity available with Philanthropic Fintech company! (Remote). Salary: $22 - $25 per hour. Hybrid schedule possible in Hudson, OH or Indianapolis, IN. Benefits Flexible/remote work environment Competitive base salary and overall compensation package Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Working with a growing company in the FinTech space Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone and email. Process financial transactions accurately while maintaining client records. Support administration of client accounts including donor advised funds, trusts, and related giving vehicles. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Investigate and resolve routine discrepancies. Partner with Accounting, Cash Operations, and IT to ensure timely client deliverables. Maintain documentation and follow established operational procedures. Utilize approved AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Deliver exceptional client service with strong attention to detail. Assist with team coverage and additional operational projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, Client Services, Operations, or Financial Administration. Experience processing financial transactions preferred. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Advanced attention to detail.
