About this role: Intermountain Health is expanding our Urology service line in Denver, and we are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist with a strong interest or experience in urologic oncology, complex surgical care, and program growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who wants to help build a high-quality urology practice within a supportive, collaborative environment. In this role, you will practice a broad spectrum of urology with an emphasis on urologic oncology, including diagnosis, treatment planning, complex surgical management, minimally invasive procedures, and pre- and postoperative care. The position also includes general urology needs such as prostate conditions, kidney stones, UTIs, Mens Health, TURPs, and BPH treatment, with access to advanced technology including the DaVinci robotic system and Aquablation. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, collaborative, and interested in quality, safety, mentorship, and service line development. How we'll support you: Compensation: Our competitive compensation consists of an initial base salary of $560,000 plus a wRVU bonus incentive. We are also offering a $25,000 starting bonus.
