Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Minimum 6 months of CDL-A driving experience
• DWI convictions must be at least 5 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years
• No more than 3 preventable accidents within the last 3 years
