Position Overview The Seasonal Brand Representative reports to the Store Leadership and is responsible for driving revenue while delivering exceptional guest service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean, well‑maintained store environment. They consistently achieve individual goals that support broader store objectives. Responsibilities Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and adhering to Altar’d State service standards. Build and acknowledge relationships with guests, fostering loyalty. Receive consistent positive, unsolicited guest feedback. Communicate effectively with store management and guests. Treat others fairly, respectfully, and value differences; refrain from judging potential guests. Support an environment of learning and trust by acting as a positive role model. Complete opening/closing procedures and tasks directed by management with a guest focus. Locate merchandise efficiently and maintain organization. Perform register transactions quickly, efficiently, and accurately, including cash handling and providing correct change. Adhere to loss‑prevention practices, report potential incidents, and protect company assets. Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards to leadership. Participate and assist in store inventory preparation. Report to work on schedule, record time accurately using the time‑attendance system, and stay flexible to business needs. Assist with merchandising and window displays. Maintain a clean and presentable store environment. Represent the brand by adhering to appropriate dress and grooming standards. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must possess the physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, squatting, climbing ladders, and ascending/descending stairs.
