Associate Director, Consumer Marketing - OTC (Eye Care)

Associate Director leading consumer marketing strategy for OTC eye care products. Drives brand performance through data-driven, omni-channel campaigns while managing cross-functional teams, external agencies, and eCommerce initiatives to enhance direct-to-consumer reach and engagement.

Responsibilities

Develop and evolve brand strategy including positioning, segmentation, and omni-channel approaches with eCommerce integration
Direct creation and execution of consumer marketing campaigns across TV, digital, social, website, CRM, and eCommerce platforms
Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, compliance, and messaging excellence
Oversee measurement and analytics of marketing performance using KPIs for continuous optimization and innovation
Advise senior leadership on market challenges, opportunities, and provide competitive analysis and strategic recommendations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
8+ years consumer marketing experience, preferably pharma or CPG
Demonstrated expertise in brand management and omni-channel campaign development
Experience managing multi-agency partnerships in matrixed organizations
Strong financial planning, analytics, and business analysis skills
eCommerce and digital marketing proficiency
MBA preferred
