Must-Have: Experience with CT studies and general imaging. IV start skills and biopsy experience are highly preferred. Must be comfortable being trained in OR/C-arm and Fluoroscopy procedures.

Description: ASAP start needed. Interviews will be conducted followed by manager approval. This technologist will primarily work in X-ray but will be rotated in CT. Unit includes 1 CT room and 3 X-ray rooms. Average patient volume is 25-30 patients per day. Patient types include ED, outpatient, and inpatient. Primarily working with adults and geriatrics, with some pediatric cases. Outpatient procedures include oncology, general abdominal pain, and post-surgical trauma. Biopsy experience is not required, training will be provided. X-ray procedures include outpatient, inpatient, ED, ICU, MedSurg, and Operating Room. Technologist should have comfort in dealing with Ortho trauma, ICU, and ER cases. Conversant with advanced imaging procedures such as fluoroscopy and C-arm in the operating room is preferred. Technology used includes Cerner EMR and Enterprise Imaging PACS. Equipment experience with Siemens and GE preferred but not mandatory. Must be adaptable to float between CT and X-ray and perform portables at the bedside. Weekend rotation will vary based on requirements. On-call duties are not required. Holiday expectations will be shared among staff, typically participating in 50-75% of holidays. Schedule is created in 6-week increments.
