Data Analyst II [Remote]

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the program manager overseeing the centralized NDA and TPA process.
• Provide data-driven insights and analysis to support process design, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and measure KPIs related to vendor onboarding and compliance workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional data needs and align reporting requirements with stakeholders.
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards for real-time tracking and reporting of the centralized tracking process.
• Design intuitive and actionable visualizations to deliver clear insights into process performance, vendor status, and compliance metrics.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across reporting tools.
• Support efforts to replatform and implement a new centralized tracking system for NDA, TPA, and vendor management workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and program teams to integrate data sources and automate data flows into dashboards.
• Continuously improve tracking processes by identifying gaps and recommending data-driven enhancements.

Skills:

• Proficiency in data manipulation, reporting, and automation using Python, SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and expectation management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Third-Party Assessment (TPA) processes and terminology.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA)
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or program support.
