Role Description The Insurance Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Holly Springs, NC, responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and contacting potential clients, conducting needs assessments, recommending appropriate insurance products, and preparing quotes and proposals. The role involves explaining coverage options, guiding clients through application and underwriting processes, and assisting with policy changes and renewals. The Insurance Producer collaborates with internal teams and carriers, maintains accurate records, and ensures compliance with industry regulations and agency standards. This position requires consistent in-person interaction with clients and partners to build trust and deliver high-quality service. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Insurance Sales skills and a solid understanding of Insurance products and markets. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for client-facing interactions. Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits and the ability to explain plan options clearly. Active state insurance producer license (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe). Prior experience in an insurance agency, brokerage, or related financial services environment preferred. Ability to meet sales goals, manage a pipeline, and work with minimal supervision. Proficiency with office software, CRM systems, and basic data entry and documentation practices. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or professional designations (e.g., CIC, LUTCF) are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
