Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Location US-TX-Webster Overview Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group, is seeking an outstanding NNP to join our growing practice at HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake Hospital. Responsibilities 50-bed, Level III NICU with an average daily census of approximately 25 patients In addition to in-house Neonatologists, there are also MFM, OB and Newborn hospitalists for on-site support Over 4,000 deliveries per year; 550 NICU admissions per year, 40+ of which are VLBW Full complement of pediatric subspecialists including pediatric surgery, cardiology, neurology/neurosurgery, plastics, urology, ENT, orthopedics, GI, ID and wound care On site therapeutic hypothermia, and a full range of ventilation therapies including iNO, conventional ventilation, HFOV and HFJV Active research program with multi‑site collaborations Strong, NNP‑led leadership team NNPs are a critical part of all aspects of caring for the full range of complex neonatal diagnoses NNPs work 24‑hour shifts with in‑house neonatologist support Sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance Ask us about potential tuition reimbursement assistance Qualifications Current APRN national specialty certification Minimum of a master’s degree Benefits and Compensation Our clinicians enjoy a competitive compensation package, with many locations offering sign‑on bonuses and relocation.
