Compensation is competitive, reflecting your expertise and experience within the school system, with rates ranging from $45 to $57 per hour.

Desired Qualifications:

• SLP-CCC credential, eligibility for Clinical Fellowship, or active SLPA license
• Experience in teletherapy settings, school environments, or healthcare strongly preferred
• Commitment to fostering communication skills and academic achievement in a diverse student population
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage caseloads across multiple campus sites
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with educators, families, and other professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in elementary and middle grade levels
• Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored intervention plans for a range of speech and language disorders
• Consult with teachers and parents, offering strategies to enhance students’ progress
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and national standards
• Utilize technology for teletherapy as needed to ensure continuous student support
• Collaborate on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and contribute to school-wide initiatives
