Job Description
Title
Nurse Manager - LTA

Schedule
Monday to Friday, flexible shift times: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM. Weekends will be on-call rotation.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee paperwork duties, including managing documentation and compliance-related functions.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
- Lead and manage nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper scheduling and staffing levels to meet patient needs.
- Implement training and development programs for nursing staff.

Requirements
- Management experience preferred.
