Onsite IT Help Desk Technician - Secret Clearance

Agile Defense in Huntsville, AL is seeking an IT Customer Service Technician to provide end-user support, respond to inquiries, diagnose hardware and software issues, and assist with desktop, mobile, printers, and VTC setups. This on-site role requires a Secret clearance, active IAT Level I certification, and at least two years of IT or technical customer service experience; Security+ is preferred. Strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work with DoD systems are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
