Direct Support Professional (DSP) We are seeking qualified and caring people to work as Direct Support Professionals (DSP) at our group homes located in Monmouth County (Farmingdale, Tinton Falls, and Wall Township, NJ). Professional experience working with developmentally disabled populations, experience as a CNA, home health aide, or caregiver can all qualify as relevant experience. Pay rates are determined based on that experience, starting at $20.75. No experience is required; you will attend paid training to obtain required certifications. Successful applicants will receive paid training and will learn on the job.
