ETF Launch Operations Manager

Managing and coordinating the end-to-end operational execution of ETF launches, the full-time salaried Assistant Vice President of Launch Operations will ensure timely and accurate launches while serving as a key point of accountability across internal teams, clients, and third-party service providers in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage complex ETF launch timelines and ensure all regulatory and operational deadlines are met Serve as a key client-facing contact, facilitating communication and managing inquiries throughout the launch lifecycle Maintain comprehensive documentation and prepare progress reports for senior leadership on ETF launch status Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field 4-6 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role in financial services Exposure to ETFs, mutual funds, or investment company operations Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools Strong understanding of ETF operational workflows and cross-functional dependencies
