Sales Admin

Job Details Job Location: BROWNSVILLE, TX 78521. Position Type: Full Time. Education Level: High School. Travel Percentage: None. Job Shift: Day. Job Category: Manufacturing. SUMMARY The Sales Admin will follow the order cycle from order entry to delivery from our Brownsville facility. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level of diplomacy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures that orders are entered in a timely and accurate manner. Reviews available inventory in plant and warehouse. Generates a Sales Order Report from every PO to confirm acceptance of the order with the customer. Follows up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their PO. Generates PO from Forza Steel USA to Forza Steel Mexico for each customer PO. Generates daily sales report at the end of each day. Reviews with sales persons their weekly sales objectives. Other duties as assigned by manager. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales and/or Accounting. Proficient with SAP. Some pipe or steel experience is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Computer literate in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Respectful, honest, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. EDUCATION High School Diploma. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
