B2B Sales Representative- Commercial Sales

Full-time Company Description For 45 years, Sears Commercial has been an industry-leading provider of quality products, solutions, and services. Job Description We are expanding our business reach and are looking to bring on board a 'hunter' - A polished communicator, influencer, and successful business development pro who is eager to grow with a blue-chip organization like Sears. This role is part account management, part building new business. You’ll be trained in our practices then run your own show, and travel half of your time. You’ll enjoy a base salary and lucrative back-end incentive structure. You’ll be given a fertile territory to manage and cultivate. You’ll be offered participation in our comprehensive benefits platform. You’ll be given the management and operational support you need to be effective. Qualifications
- 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Experience managing a client portfolio with significant sales volume
- Superior prospecting, marketing, and account management abilities
- Familiarity with SalesForce
