LPN Charge Nurse (7pm-7am)
Westerwood, a premier 5-star senior living community, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to join our incredible team. This full-time night shift position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents while working alongside a supportive and experienced healthcare team.
The LPN Charge Nurse is responsible for delivering and overseeing direct resident care, ensuring accurate medication administration, timely treatments, and compliant clinical documentation. This role serves as a clinical leader on the unit, supporting staff, coordinating care, and promoting safe, high-quality outcomes for residents.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess a current Ohio LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license and current CPR certification, along with a minimum of six months of experience in geriatric nursing. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, organizational abilities, and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional resident-centered care. Successful candidates are customer service focused, adaptable, and resourceful problem-solvers who excel in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and compassion.
