Senior Living Sales Coordinator Location: Columbus, OH | Schedule: Full-time Benefits

- Generate and manage leads while converting inquiries into tours and move-ins.
- Conduct community tours and guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
- Follow up consistently with prospects, address concerns, and overcome objections related to senior living options.
- Support occupancy goals by maintaining accurate sales records, implementing marketing strategies, and collaborating with community leaders to ensure smooth resident transitions.
- Proven sales, business development, or admissions experience
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience managing leads and maintaining a consistent follow-up process
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and close opportunities
- Senior Living, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Hospice, Healthcare Admissions, or Healthcare Sales experience
- Experience working with occupancy goals, move-in targets, or commission-based performance metrics
- CRM or applicant tracking system experience
- Bachelor's Degree
