You will be starting at the level you bring to the table. We expect you to learn our CRM and hit the ground running.

What You'll Do:

• Perform roof and exterior inspections for storm-related damage or the need for work to be done. Yes we sell plenty of Retail!
• Meet with homeowners to educate them on their options and guide them through the claims process.
• Measure and estimate repair needs using proven systems.
• Generate new business through grassroots marketing and lead follow-ups.

What You'll Bring:

• 1+ year of sales or more.
• Confidence in face-to-face communication with homeowners.
• Ability to climb roofs and assess property damage.
• Reliable transportation and strong time management.
• A self-starter mentalitymotivated, independent, and organized.
• Proven track record in sales? Show us the receipts.
