Operations ManagerA national leader in the Document Management Industry is seeking an Operations Manager.Salary Range: $70,000 to $75,000 AnnuallyThe following are responsibilities for the position:Manage and oversee daily operation; Transportation Dept., Record Center, Shredding and AdministrationManage monthly billing process, accounts payables and collectionsManage a staff of 20 team membersMaintain a high customer satisfaction level for all accountsInterview, hire, develop and cross train staff in various positionsManage and process weekly payrollOversee and manage building operations and maintenance programsResponsible for vendor managementOversee fleet management; DOT requirement and vehicle maintenanceEnsure all requests are processed accurately and on time.Responsible inventory managementReview, evaluate and improve operating processes for each departmentEnsure all company guidelines and procedures are followed.
