In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of sourcing agreements and maintaining material take-offs. You will support the VP of Purchasing and manage community timelines. The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma, at least 2 years of purchasing experience, and be proficient in reading blueprints and using Microsoft Excel. This position entails regular attendance at job sites and managing subcontractor relationships.
