At  Fusionista - Modern Peruvian Cuisine , we are looking for 2 passionate and dedicated  Line Cooks (Full Time/Part Time) to join our kitchen team. As part of our restaurant, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity and quality are essential. We seek someone with experience in fast-paced kitchens, preferably with knowledge of Peruvian cuisine, but we are willing to train a candidate with the right attitude and strong technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following our recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Work as a team with other kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Keep the workstation clean and organized at all times.
• Monitor the quality and presentation of dishes before serving them to guests.
• Assist in inventory management and storage of ingredients as needed.
• Support the development of new dishes and contribute ideas to improve our menu.
• Adapt to the demands of service during peak hours.

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience as a Line Cook, ideally in Peruvian or fusion cuisine (but not required).
• Knowledge of traditional or modern Peruvian cooking techniques is a plus.
• Proficiency in knife skills and handling professional kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a kitchen environment.
• Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Speaking Spanish is a plus
