Senior Audit Associate, CPA Preferred

Leading audit engagements for venture capital funds, the full-time Senior Audit Associate, CPA Preferred will manage client relationships, provide technical expertise, and mentor audit staff while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise audit engagements from planning through completion for venture capital funds and related entities Develop risk-based audit plans focusing on investment valuation and fund-level risks Review fair value measurements of portfolio investments and ensure compliance with ASC 946 and GAAP Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field Minimum of three (3) years of audit experience in public accounting Progress towards CPA exam required; CPA license preferred Experience auditing venture capital, private equity, or investment funds Familiarity with fund structures, capital account reporting, and fair value methodologies
