Remote Healthcare Utilization Coordinator

Humana

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Remote Utilization Management Administration Coordinator to support UM operations with provider and member phone support and back-office tasks. The role reports to the Supervisor, UM Management and requires 8-hour shifts with weekend rotations and holiday coverage.

Training runs 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST, Monday through Friday of the first month. You will handle calls about prior authorizations, review documentation, perform data entry across systems, and collaborate with
