Laurel PDT - 8030 8-10 08/29/2025Overview:Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and workflow automation on Power Platform.Collaborate directly with business stakeholders (LOB) to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and best practices by working closely with senior architects.Build enterprise-grade automation frameworks with scalability, security, and compliance in mind.Support solution deployment under tight timelines, ensuring quality and reliability.Document processes, provide user support, and drive adoption of automation initiatives.Required Skills & Experience:4+ years of hands-on industry experience in RPA (UiPath) and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI preferred).Strong expertise in designing and delivering enterprise automation and workflow solutions.Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.Minimum 2 years of experience in the US banking vertical, with an understanding of compliance and regulatory needs.Proven ability to collaborate with enterprise architects on solution and architecture alignment.Ability to perform under pressure and deliver within tight project timelines.
