Compensation & Benefits As a Journeyman Electrician, you will earn a competitive wage of up to $40/hour, depending on experience. Plus, we offer a $300 sign‑on bonus. You will also be eligible for generous benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) that increases based on time of service, 2 paid sick days, paid holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, uniforms and a company vehicle. Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year. Qualifications 4+ years of electrical field experience Knowledge of commercial and residential electrical systems, NEC, and local codes Preferred: knowledge of industrial, medical or agriculture electrical systems Valid driver’s license and a good driving record Problem solving and troubleshooting skills Self‑motivated Excellent communication skills, including explaining technical information clearly and in layman’s terms Service-oriented, respectful, punctual and reliable, with pride in work About R & T Yoder Electric, Inc.
