About the Role

This is a high-output, high-compensation technician role for someone who is already at the top of their game. You'll own complex diagnosis and repair across a specific OEM line, work with state-of-the-art equipment, and operate in a shop that rewards efficiency with real earning potential. We're looking for a proven master tech who's ready to flag 45+ hours a week from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems including engine mechanical, engine controls, electrical, hydraulic brakes, suspension, HVAC, and drivability issues
• Perform all work to OEM and dealership standards with documented accuracy on every repair order
• Conduct multi-point inspections on every vehicle and communicate additional recommended services clearly
• Complete warranty repair orders and file warranty claims in compliance with manufacturer requirements
• Maintain or exceed Asbury's Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) targets at the district, regional, and national levels
• Road test vehicles pre- and post-repair to confirm quality and safety
• Mentor and support junior technicians in the shop
• Stay current on OEM technical training, service bulletins, and certification requirements
• Flag and report any safety, compliance, or integrity concerns to management immediately

Qualifications

• OEM Master Certification in one or more supported brands: Honda, Acura, Nissan, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Chevrolet, or Ford
• Demonstrated average of 45+ flagged hours per week (documentation required)
• Own basic tools required for the role
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• ASE Master Technician certification preferred
• Dual or triple OEM certifications a plus
