ROLE DESCRIPTION: Tony Milam - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

About Our Agency

• Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Dagsboro, DE, behind Royal Farms.
• Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 -5, and open by appointment on evenings and Saturdays.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• I am a proud graduate of Clemson University.
