Lead HVAC Service Technician

HVAC TechnicianWe are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers.Key Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems.Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure HVAC systems are operating efficiently and safely.Replace or repair defective parts and components to restore system functionality.Test electrical circuits and components for continuity and proper function.Follow all safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their concerns.Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification in HVAC is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.Valid HVAC technician license or certification.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including both residential and commercial systems.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Compensation: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour + Benefits
