What You'll Do Assist in developing and improving quality assurance programs, procedures, and controls aligned with ISO 9001 standards. Design and implement quality control processes using statistical and lean manufacturing techniques. Analyze quality data and drive corrective and preventive actions. Support development and execution of quality plans, especially for new product development and complex assemblies. Collaborate with engineering, production, and cross‑functional teams to improve processes and procedures. Interface with customers and vendors to resolve quality issues. Develop and perform laboratory testing and validation procedures. Create and maintain ISO documentation and report quality metrics to leadership. Design simple fixtures, tools, or process controls to improve production quality. Plan and perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance and drive improvement. Support calibration systems and ensure compliance with standards. Operate equipment to evaluate product and process performance, collect data, and analyze results. Provide guidance and support to QA technicians and inspectors. Promote a culture of problem‑solving, accountability, and continuous improvement. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field required. Basic knowledge of quality systems, risk management, and process control. Understanding of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to interpret data and support decision‑making. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. 1–3 years of related experience is a plus. Experience supporting new product development is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this position is listed below. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
