Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable BCBA who values high-quality care, thoughtful collaboration, and strong relationships with families and team members. This is a partially remote position with minimal travel, although occasional visits to clients’ homes in the Denver/Aurora area may be needed. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Review clinical data, monitor client progress, and modify programming as needed. Supervise, train, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians. Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families. Complete treatment plans, progress reports, session documentation, and authorization-related paperwork accurately and on time. Provide occasional in-person observation, supervision, or clinical support in clients’ homes when needed. Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with BACB, payer, and company requirements. Qualifications Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, education, or a related field. Active BCBA certification in good standing. Clinical experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities. Experience supervising RBTs or Behavior Technicians. Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a partially remote role. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel occasionally within the Denver/Aurora area. Ability to meet applicable background screening and payer credentialing requirements. Why Ocean Wave ABA?
