Help Desk Analyst | Break-Fix & Imaging Specialist

A leading IT solutions provider in Denver, Colorado, is looking for a Help Desk Support Analyst. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day break-fix activities, imaging and deploying new equipment, and maintaining inventory. A minimum of one year of help desk experience is required. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to various state and local departments while ensuring service level commitments are met.
