SDET Test Lead
As a Test Lead specializing in API/Webservices Testing, SDET, and Selenium, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of testers to ensure the quality of API/Webservices and applications developed. Your primary objective will be to create and execute testing strategies, automate test cases using Selenium, and provide technical guidance to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the api/webservices testing efforts within the project team
- Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases for api/webservices
- Automate test cases using selenium and other relevant tools
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the quality of code and applications
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in api/webservices functionality
- Participate in agile ceremonies and provide testing status updates
Skill Requirements:
- Strong experience in api/webservices testing methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in automation testing using selenium
- In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle (sdlc) and testing processes
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of testers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with tools like postman, soapui, jmeter for api testing
- Experience with ci/cd pipelines and version control systems
Other Requirements:
- Relevant certifications in API testing, Selenium, or SDET would be a plus
- Maximum Salary (US): 155000
- Minimum Salary (US): 61000
