What you will be doing: Assist with exercises/ROM exercises as prescribed. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Provide mobility assistance such as transfers, positioning, and ambulation. Takes and records patient vital signs and reports to RN. Assists with enemas and irrigation of catheters. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and dietary needs per care plan. Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment for the client. Promote safety and infection control for clients and coworkers. Maintains records related to job responsibilities. Be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication, observation, and critical‑thinking skills. Compliance with HIPAA and all privacy and confidentiality policies. Preferred 1 year of home health experience.
