What You'll Do as an Assembler:

• Perform basic assembly tasks to meet production quality and efficiency standards
• Read and follow detailed written instructions including diagrams and change orders
• Assemble and prepare components using defined documentation and processes
• Operate hand tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks
• Apply adhesives and clean parts or assemblies as required
• Complete corrective actions and support process improvements
• Maintain accurate assembly records and documentation
• Follow safety and quality procedures while maintaining clean work areas

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:

• Experience reading, understanding, and following written instructions
• Experience following verbal instructions and completing assigned tasks
• Experience using electronic devices and computer systems
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly environments preferred
• Experience operating hand tools and equipment preferred
• Ability to maintain attention to detail and meet quality standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical assembly work
