Associate Attorney

We are seeking a Nevadalicensed Attorney (0-10 years of experience) to join our expanding legal team. This is an opportunity to work in our collegial team environment where we provide people proactive direction and assistance in a friendly and cooperative atmosphere. The right person for this role will have strong writing and communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and pragmatic problem-solving approaches. Responsibilities involve research, analysis, and drafting (letters, reports, pleadings, etc.) and will include communicating with clients, counsel, and experts. We offer a collaborative environment but the right applicant will be self-motivated and able to exercise independent judgment. While the job is on-site, we offer the flexibility to work remotely as needed. Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Civil litigation experience is preferred. Applicants must have a Nevada Bar License or have recently passed the bar and are pending licensing.
