Assistant Kitchen Manager

Common Man Roadside is hiring an Assistant Kitchen Manager for our Epsom location at the Epsom traffic circle! Come work for a great New Hampshire company in a fun, fast-paced, and unique location! Pay rate: $50-$55k annually, depending on experience. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will support the Kitchen Manager and their team in the operations and performance of the kitchen. Duties include: Overseeing the planning and preparation of food production Ordering and inventory management Daily paperwork, reporting, and logs Safety and sanitation Employee management, including scheduling, training, and development This is a working management role- our managers work on the line and prep food, offer hands-on training, guidance, and development of staff, and assist customers. Qualifications: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Minimum 3 years culinary experience Must be able to obtain/maintain relevant certifications, including ServSafe Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays Let us tell you what sets US apart in the Uncommon Family!
