General Manager

As a General Manager you are responsible for the financial performance of the store. You will continuously encourage strong team engagement and a healthy culture by ensuring clear roles and responsibilities are understood. Core Responsibilities Team – Ensure the store is fully staffed, maintain schedules, develop engagement strategies, build a high‑performing team, execute training programs, provide coaching, model company policies, use Caribou systems. Guest & Quality – Lead by example to deliver outstanding guest experiences, resolve employee/customer relations, improve guest satisfaction, speed of service, loyalty. Business – Own store performance, drive sales and profitability, manage inventory, supply chain, budgets, operating statement, cash flow, operational excellence, food safety and sanitation. Skills and Qualifications 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience or equivalent education. Minimum age 18, reliable transportation, full‑time availability (47 hrs/week, including evenings, weekends, holidays). Ability to learn new systems and tools. Preferred: ServSafe certification, experience with P&L statements, recruitment, training, and store systems (Toast, CrunchTime, GoSpotCheck, etc.). High school diploma or GED equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Physical Requirements Bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing 4–8 hours. Physical duties may be accommodated.
